473 Main Street, The A.M. Smith Block
The A.M. Smith Block depicted here was originally constructed in the 1870's by David Dudley. Dudley sold the building to A.M. Smith in 1880. The building was destroyed by June of 1909. The A.M. Smith Block was rebuilt in 1911 after it was destroyed by fire in 1909....

Circa 1920 The Boone Block was completed in 1925.
Main Street
Circa 1910 The Pipes Block began construction in 1924. It was destroyed many times on the west side of Main Street in 1909.
Gary’s Furniture on Main Street
The M.C. Smith store in 1908. The building was sold a year later to Roy M. Barker. Gary's Furniture and Appliance was established at this location in 1994.
