Rose hips, hang heavy!

The season is ready.

Mother time weaves

Her tapestry while she grieves.

Gaia’s clothier tarries

In lieu of He who wearies 

And the Hoarfrost sword

Of that deathly Lord

Cuts twain the leaves, wind-laden

Wearing a countenance 

Similarly graven!
