Whether you are a first-year student arriving for the very first time or an upperclassman coming back for one last go-round, everyone from the Admissions Office wants to welcome you back on campus. We are so excited to have helped get each and every one of you to become an UMPI Owl. So now that you are here, we are going to ask for your help to continue to bring in new students and help our campus grow. When you see our student ambassadors out on campus giving tours, please do not hesitate to say hello to any prospective student or family that you see. If you want to help out with our Open Houses or Accepted Student Day, please let us know. As you know, we need everyone on campus to help us recruit!
Although you are now a current student and have many different people on campus who are willing to help, please know that we, too, are here. Do not hesitate to stop by the Admissions Office to ask for help–it is what we specialize in! After you have settled in and have a few weeks under your belt, please stop by and let us know how things are going. We would love to hear your stories and take them with us when we are out visiting your high schools this fall.
