The Blanchard family makes their Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve so that they don&#8217;t have to wait a day longer. Green bean casserole is the only dish that Margaret will make every year only on Christmas Eve. But she has to make a big dish of it because the whole family goes for the casserole first. \u201cI make sure I get as much as I can on my plate so I don&#8217;t have to worry about not getting any,\u201d Mikayla said. Green bean casserole is a Blanchard family must have. Margaret has been making this dish ever since she could cook. Her mom taught her and now she is teaching her grandkids how to make it.
