is For Mental Health!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0As we navigate through the ups and downs of this pandemic, it is really important to make\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">sure that we take care of ourselves, not only physically, but mentally as well.\u00a0 We can do this by\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">participating in yoga and meditation exercises.\u00a0 It can also be as simple as getting together with\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">friends and going for walks outside in the sunshine, treating yourself to a massage or going to\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the spa with some friends to get your hair and nails done.\u00a0 You can play games of basketball outside or play horseshoes with some friends on campus.\u00a0 We also have a disc golf course on campus for students.\u00a0 This is a great opportunity for friends to get together while still keeping distance.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0I will be teaching a yoga session on Friday, April 30, at 2, either outside near the soccer field\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">or in the MPR in the Campus Center if it is raining.\u00a0 Come join me to relax before you enter\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">into final exam week.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The Riverside Farmer\u2019s Market will start the beginning of June on Saturdays from\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">8:30 a.m.-1 p.m.\u00a0 This is such a wonderful market to get fresh vegetables, eggs and meats from\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">local farmers.\u00a0 Now is the time to get those grills ready to use all summer.\u00a0 Here is a great\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">summertime grilling idea!\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Chicken Kabobs:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You will need chicken breasts, green peppers, red peppers, mushrooms, onions, cherry tomatoes\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and whatever you like for a marinade.\u00a0 I like teriyaki or sweet Thai chili sauce.\u00a0 Cut up all your\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">vegetables, and then cut your chicken and let it marinate for a couple of hours.\u00a0 Then put on\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">skewers and season with salt and pepper and cook them on your grill.\u00a0 This is the perfect low\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">calorie
