Start 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Happy New Year from Gentile Hall!!\u00a0 Now is the time to make New Year\u2019s resolutions<\/p>\n<p>and the hard part is sticking with them.\u00a0 This year I kick started 2020 with a diet cleanse.\u00a0 It\u2019s<\/p>\n<p>nothing really extreme, but it\u2019s good to do to get your diet back on track after the holidays.\u00a0 It<\/p>\n<p>consists of avoiding chips, soda, candy, doughnuts, cake, ice cream, white bread, French fries, fried food, cookies and pizza for one month.\u00a0 If you are looking for some motivation with your workout routine, increasing your omega 3\u2019s by eating more fish.\u00a0 Salmon is very high in omega<\/p>\n<p>3\u2019s.\u00a0 Almonds, olive oil and avocados are also high in omega 3\u2019s.\u00a0 Increasing fiber in your<\/p>\n<p>diet has also been proven to help lower cholesterol levels.\u00a0 Oatmeal for breakfast is a great<\/p>\n<p>choice with lots of fiber.\u00a0 Fruits and vegetables that are high in antioxidants such as strawberries,<\/p>\n<p>blueberries, spinach and broccoli have also been proven to lower cholesterol levels.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Here is a heart healthy protein smoothie that
