{"id":5866,"date":"2019-03-29T09:51:15","date_gmt":"2019-03-29T13:51:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wp.umpi.edu\/utimes\/?p=5866"},"modified":"2025-08-13T18:48:55","modified_gmt":"2025-08-13T22:48:55","slug":"going-to-mars","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wp.umpi.edu\/utimes\/2019\/03\/29\/going-to-mars\/","title":{"rendered":"Going to Mars"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NASA recently announced that it is ready to launch a mission to Mars.<\/p>\n<p>According to an article in the \u201cNational Conspirator,\u201d NASA\u2019s director of public information, Doug Blastoff, stated the space agency was hoping to launch the mission quietly and then alert the public after the astronauts reached space.\u00a0 When asked why, he just replied, \u201cWouldn\u2019t\u00a0 you?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The planned mission would be launched on board the new Galaxy Class Space Shuttle Enterprise.\u00a0 Mr. Blastoff felt this new class of space shuttle will \u201cboldly take this mission where no man has gone before.\u201d<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The Galaxy Class Space Shuttle will be making its maiden voyage on this trip.\u00a0 The ship is 128 feet long and 81 feet wide.\u00a0 The maximum speed of this new shuttle is 186,282 mile an hour.
