The National Clearinghouse on Abuse in Later Life is coming to Aroostook County to discuss ways we as a community can work together to better serve older victims of domestic and sexual abuse\/violence and financial exploitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Happening on September 23rd, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM in the University of Maine at Presque Isle (UMPI), Multipurpose Room, the Hope and Justice Project is hosting the Abuse in Later Life Coordinated Community Response-Kickoff Event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taking place at UMPI, it is open to professionals and students alike. This seminar offers a valuable opportunity to learn, reflect, and contribute to the solution. While admission is free, registration is required. Email director@hopeandjusticeproject.org<\/a> or call 207-764-2977 to register!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hope and Justice Project has been providing support to Aroostock County for thirty years. Their 24-hour hotline, 1-800-439-2323, is always available for anyone in need of help or guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
