From November 10th to November 15th the University of Maine at Presque Isle is commemorating the 40th anniversary of 1968. Nineteen sixty-eight was a truly transformational year in politics, education, science and culture, and the remarkable events of ‘68 offer lessons for us in living in another year of change, 2008. We welcome the participation of students, faculty, staff and community members to all of our events as we remember the past and look towards the future.
